Serves: Per Egg
- 1 tbsp of Ground Linseed
- 3 tbsp of Water
- In a bowl, combine your linseed with your water. Stir well.
- Place the bowl in the fridge and allow to set for 15 minutes.
That’s it, a simple vegan substitute for eggs. If you don’t have linseeds, you can use chia seeds. If you can’t find the ground version, simply spoon some into a coffee grinder and give it a whirl.
