Linseed Eggs

Chia Seeds - Superfood

Serves: Per Egg


  • 1 tbsp of Ground Linseed
  • 3 tbsp of Water


  1. In a bowl, combine your linseed with your water. Stir well.
  2. Place the bowl in the fridge and allow to set for 15 minutes.

That’s it, a simple vegan substitute for eggs. If you don’t have linseeds, you can use chia seeds. If you can’t find the ground version, simply spoon some into a coffee grinder and give it a whirl.
