- 235ml of Water (Boiling)
- ½ tsp of Turmeric
- ½ tsp of Cayenne
- ½ tsp of Ground Oregano
- ½ tsp of Ground Peppermint
- ½ tsp of Ground Garlic
- 1 tsp of Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp of Honey
- 1 Tea Bag (Black/Green)
- In a cup/mug, add your water, tea bag and allow to brew.
- Add the turmeric, cayenne, oregano, peppermint, garlic, ginger and cinnamon. Stir to infuse.
- Add your lemon juice and honey. Stir to infuse.
That’s it, my grandmother’s immune strengthening tea for those unexpected flu/cold seasons. Drink on an empty stomach, before breakfast.
