Grannies Immune Strengthening Tea

Serves: 1


  • 235ml of Water (Boiling)
  • ½ tsp of Turmeric
  • ½ tsp of Cayenne
  • ½ tsp of Ground Oregano
  • ½ tsp of Ground Peppermint
  • ½ tsp of Ground Garlic
  • 1 tsp of Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp of Honey
  • 1 Tea Bag (Black/Green)


  1. In a cup/mug, add your water, tea bag and allow to brew.
  2. Add the turmeric, cayenne, oregano, peppermint, garlic, ginger and cinnamon. Stir to infuse.
  3. Add your lemon juice and honey. Stir to infuse.

That’s it, my grandmother’s immune strengthening tea for those unexpected flu/cold seasons. Drink on an empty stomach, before breakfast.
